Model 10/18, established in 2020 by veteran photographer and former pageant director Robert Wright, is a comprehensive training program designed for girls ages 10-18, focusing on personal development, modeling skills, and professional growth. The company operates through monthly skill development workshops, professional photography sessions, and encourages community engagement by complementing members’ involvement in local youth programs and service initiatives. What sets Model 10/18 apart is its emphasis on academic achievement, leadership skills, and personal development alongside traditional modeling education, creating well-rounded individuals prepared for success both in and beyond the fashion industry. It hosts an annual fashion show, empowerment banquet and annual travel experiences that expose members to various fashion markets and cultural opportunities.
